Ordering and what happens next?

We try to make the whole process as simple as we can and should you have any questions or concerns we are here to help. If you require assistance after office hours then email us on info@stitchtostitch.co.uk or during working hours call us on 0208 776 5887 and our team will help you.


We understand some designs are more complex then just simple text, so if have special instructions; please make sure you add your comments in the box when using the customisation section. If you prefer you can contact our design team before ordering who can advise and assist with any questions you may have.

Before we commence on your order we will always contact you on anything we are not sure on or if you have uploaded your our design.

We strive to make our website the best in the industry and have made ordering easy with our full customisation section on any garment you select with either print or embroidery. We also have over 30,000 stock logo's & designs so if you're stuck for ideas you can simply add from our library.


Our website will allow you to view, customise and order all our products on-line and make a secure payment via PayPal or Debit/Credit card.

Select the garment you would like to customise from our extensive catalogue, you can either buy plain or opt for the Customise this Producttab and add your customisation.

Once in the customisation system our detailed website will allow to add Embroidery or Print artwork/text. Alternatively you can also upload your own design and view on your chosen garment.

Our clothing range is huge however we understand that you may want something customised that we do not stock. Don’t worry, just email or call our team and we can arrange for you send in your own garment which we can customise and send back to you. 


Customisation System

We have developed what we think is the most advanced customisation programme available in the industry. Once you have selected your garment, select the colour, size (where applicable) and chose to Customise or add to basket plain. In the customisation system (design lab) you can fully customise with print or embroidery, selecting from our ready made fonts and designs or upload your own artwork (2MB Max file). Our system will allow you to see your customisation on your chosen garment, from which you can alter the colour thread or size.

Once you have completed your customisation just add to basket and continue shopping or go straight to check out and make a secure payment.



Follow the simple checkout process to complete your order.

At the shopping cart page, select your payment option, PayPal or Debit/Credit Card.

Complete the personal details page including your delivery address, then select checkout and from here you will diverted to the secure payment gateway to enter your payment details.

Once your payment has been confirmed you will receive an email from our system with confirmation and an order number.

We work to a next working day service in the UK, so please make sure your contact details are correct as we may be in touch to discuss any complicated designs.
